A two-year program consisting of four training modules, targeting lead teachers in public schools. It aims to prepare them to be leaders of learning and advocates for change and professional development within their schools. The program focuses on building the capacities of lead teachers in the areas of effective teaching, resident supervision, educational leadership, and action research, with the first year of the program focusing on acquiring these skills.
