This 18-month program comprises three training modules. It aims to develop teachers’ professional, subject-specific, and creative competencies in teaching Arabic to students in grades 5-12. This enables them to design and deliver effective lessons that meet the diverse needs of students, employ innovative strategies and methods that enhance critical thinking and reading skills, integrate action research skills to improve classroom practices, and implement teaching in line with the latest developments in the educational field and Oman Vision 2040, ultimately enhancing the quality of education and improving learning outcomes.

Implementing reading teaching strategies, applying critical thinking and active learning, and building professional communities of practice.
Activating the dramatization of the curriculum, promoting citizenship values, teaching grammar, morphology, and expression using active learning strategies, and utilizing artificial intelligence and action research.
Applying strategies for teaching literary texts and learning through play, developing leadership skills and educational interaction with adolescents, and completing action research skills.
