This two-year program targets science teachers from grades 5-12, through four integrated training modules based on the latest evidence-based educational practices and international standards. The program aims to empower teachers to gain a deep understanding of effective science teaching theories and strategies, and to apply them in stimulating learning environments that contribute to improving student performance and enhancing the quality of education. Based on the results of international studies such as TIMSS, the program focuses on implementing the latest contemporary teaching strategies, developing 21st-century skills, and integrating technology thoughtfully and effectively. It also enhances reflective thinking and action research skills, and prepares expert teachers capable of leading professional development, building sustainable learning communities, and achieving future-oriented educational practices.
